His mandate: Establish institutional credibility, open strategic doors, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and protect KoridaIA’s long-term strategic direction.

Amanda Dawn

Amanda leads the execution of KoridaIA’s strategy and is accountable for transforming the company’s vision into a financeable, scalable, and operational AI infrastructure platform.
She oversees corporate execution, development priorities, executive coordination, and delivery against Board-approved objectives.
Her mandate: Turn strategy into execution and ensure KoridaIA delivers.

Justin Spears

Justin leads KoridaIA’s financial strategy and capital architecture.
He oversees financial modeling, project economics, investor and lender relationships, fundraising, project finance, financial controls, and reporting.
His mandate: Structure the capital required to develop KoridaIA while ensuring the project’s economics support long-term institutional investment.

Will leads KoridaIA’s international strategic-development platform. He identifies where KoridaIA should expand, which markets and institutions to prioritize, and which strategic relationships can accelerate the company’s growth. His focus includes relationships with international governments, strategic investors, technology companies, infrastructure providers, AI companies, and major institutions. His mandate: Build the international strategic map and network that positions KoridaIA for global expansion.

David Giroux

David converts KoridaIA’s strategic relationships into commercial opportunities.
His focus includes hyperscalers, AI companies, anchor tenants, data-center operators, technology providers, energy companies, infrastructure partners, commercial customers, strategic JVs, and partnership opportunities.
His mandate: Turn relationships into opportunities, opportunities into transactions, and transactions into long-term revenue.
